Photo of the Week Feature -

Each Sunday we will review and select one (1) photo to showcase throughout the following week. I will then make the digital copy of the Photo of the Week available for $5 (50% off regular price, unless of course the winner has already purchased a GDP Season/Game Package - then of course it will be free as part of their package).

My goal is to give back and reward those of you out there that read my blog each week and put the time and effort in on the field, court, or wherever it may be to excel your game to the next level.

To Claim Your Photo:

  1. Tune into my blog each week to see who won.
  2. Share the page on your social media feeds such as Twitter, FaceBook, and Instagram.
  3. Send me an email directly willy@gooddogphotos.com to claim your prize!

It's that easy!

Another busy week for Good Dog Photos! I am very lucky to be able to share what I love with so many of you, I appreciate the opportunity I have weekly to meet and talk to you, the Good Dog Photo fan, at events. This past week I was able to attend a Century tennis match vs Blackfoot, a conference baseball game between Highland and Skyline, I did take Wednesday night off to check out the Neil Diamond Tribute concert with my wife and mother (she's a huge ND fan), then Thursday I was fortunate to watch a tough in-town rivalry and conference battle between Pocatello and Century, and finally I hung out in Snake River for a combined invitational with many schools from SE Idaho.

There was image that continued to spark conversation amongst the panel of judges this week, who were my mom, niece, and of course my wife. That image was the one below of Highland runner Braden Jones as he was launching during a medley relay race. I had to make this one black and white as the sun was a bit behind my right shoulder and it worked perfectly as light Braden on his right side. I also really liked the side profile vs a direct shot (as if he was running directly at me), I think it speaks more to the intensity and focus as he was launching for his part of the medley relay. Overall, I hope you enjoy this image as much as I do, it couldn't have been a better way to end the week.

The Winner is....

Highland runner Braden Jones
